REFUND POLICY

At Glow MedSpa & Wellness, we are committed to providing the highest level of care and customer satisfaction. We value your trust and strive to deliver excellent results. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing products or services.
1. Services All treatments and service packages purchased are non-refundable. Once a treatment has been performed, we cannot offer a refund for the completed service, regardless of the outcome. If you are not satisfied with the results, we will do what we can to make it right. For neurotoxin treatments, we request that you schedule a follow up appointment to verity you have received your goal results. This appointment needs to be scheduled within 2 weeks of your neurotoxin appointment to medically evaluate the results and for eligibility of a touch up if needed--up to 10 units are offered at no charge if a touch up is required in the previously target area in your most recent appointment. Follow ups for lip fillers need to take place within one week of the lip filler service to review the treatment and the results.
If you have purchased a package of multiple sessions and choose not to use all the sessions, we may issue a credit for the unused portion to be applied toward other services, at our discretion. Results vary from person to person, and no guarantees can be made regarding outcomes. We will make every effort to achieve the best possible results for you.
2. Products
Unopened and unused skincare products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Cancellations
Missed appointments or cancellations with insufficient notice (24 hours or less prior to the scheduled appointment time) are subject to a charge of 50% of the value of the service that was scheduled. The value of the 50% charge can be applied to a credit to use for a future appointment.
4. Adverse Reactions & Concerns If you experience an unexpected reaction or have concerns about a treatment, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and recommend appropriate follow-up care. Refunds are not provided for adverse outcomes. There are risks with any medical procedures. If you do not understand the risks with a procedure, please ask your provider questions.
5. Policy Changes Glow MedSpa & Wellness reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted at our website.
