Kristin Glezman, PharmD

Dr. Kristin Glezman, is a Doctorate of Pharmacy and Aesthetic Injector. She has been a pharmacist and serving in patient care for over a decade, and has a passion for helping people feel their best. Her lifelong interest in dermatology and aesthetics has led her to the path of founding Glow. Kristin's focus is on individual and customized treatment plans. Her goal is to provide a warm and professional setting where individuals can enhance their inner beauty and overall wellness. She specializes in injectables, facial treatments, hormone replacement therapy, weight loss plans, and vitamin therapy uniquely utilizing her pharmaceutical and aesthetic knowledge to give her patient's optimal care to enhance their natural glow. Kristin's passions outside of Glow include playing with her two young children, spending time with her husband, gardening, and enjoying anything outdoors.

Hannah Fleming, PharmD

Dr. Hannah Fleming, Aesthetic Injector & Wellness Specialist, is highly trained with a Doctorate in Pharmacy and a deep-rooted passion for helping women glow from the inside out. With advanced training in cosmetic injectables, IV therapy, hormone consulting, microneedling, dermaplaning, and more, Hannah brings a comprehensive and personalized approach to beauty and wellness. She specializes in Botox, hormone replacement therapy, chemical peels, microneedling, and vitamin therapy—blending science and artistry to help clients look and feel their absolute best. Hannah is also certified in permanent jewelry, offering a unique and meaningful touch to her aesthetic offerings. Known for her warm demeanor and meticulous technique, Hannah takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where clients feel empowered, informed, and cared for. Outside of the Medspa, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband and their mini Goldendoodle, and exploring new travel and food destinations.

Medical Director- Dr. JoBeth Augustyniak

Dr. Augustyniak received her medical degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, and she completed residency in Family Medicine at Texoma Medical Center in Denison. Continuing education and further certifications have been obtained in Laser treatments at Almar Laser Academy, microneedling fillers and injectables. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the AOBFP, and has experience as a hospitalist and emergency medicine.
In her Direct Primary Care practice, at Uplift Family Medicine, in Denison, TX, Dr. Augustyniak sees ages 2-64 for chronic and acute illnesses, as well as comprehensive wellness. In addition, she offers laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation/resurfacing, IPL treatments, microneedling, US cavitation and and radiofrequency skin tightening, EMS and radiofrequency for muscle toning and skin tightening. In addition, Dr. Augustyniak provides hormone balancing and peptide therapies for wellness.
